Its rooms were impressive. Courteous and pleasant staff who were always there to help. The service was excellent, I had 5 good nights here. The swimming pool was good too. The location of this hotel was marvellous.

This is a hotel go-to for Navi Mumbai! Satisfied with the property, it's a nice place for staying in Navi Mumbai. I liked my room - extremely spacious and luxurious for water bottles. They have a coffee maker, a seating area, and a work desk.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Navi Mumbai. the location on the main Palm beach road was perfect as it was away from the busy market area and situated in a good area. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was excellent. They paid attention to every detail and made sure that I had a comfortable stay. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the fancy showers and complimentary water bottles, were a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of food from all around the world. The hotel's excellent hospitality, especially for non-vegetarians, made my experience even better.

Extremely convenient hotel with decent personnel who were very prompt in providing quick service. Stunning location, relatively near Palm Beach Galleria Mall. Positioned in the particularly good area, near to Fortune Select Exotica on a regular during business trips, Mall and other shopping places, and many restaurants and commercial outlets.

Nice building and rooms for water bottles. Tasty and perfect options for breakfast with different varieties and food from worldwide cuisine.

All good — we enjoyed this affordable hotel — the food was superb and the staff were pleasant. The venue's location was particularly good and stunning, very close to movie theatre with local markets and a market within walking distance. Also, the property was 1 mile away from Nisarg Udyan.

Prompt and efficient service during our stay at Fortune. I was impressed by the front office executive Ms. Mehandi's helpfulness and attentiveness. The hotel also offers excellent dining options and a rooftop swimming pool. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant experience.

The rooms were luxurious with fancy showers and a beautiful view, as example and the breakfast was perfect. The hotel was in a great and pleasant location near nearby malls and vashi centre and fortune select exotica Navi Mumbai and Fortune Select Exotica in February for a conference. Vashi district was worth exploring.

Views were not so great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right next to a mall with some good coffee shops, and in a very good area. Being close to everything made it easy to get around. The breakfast was pretty decent and we especially loved the idli and dosa. The staff was fantastic, always willing to help, and remembered our breakfast preferences from the 2nd day of our stay.
